Kevin is founder and CEO of KGW Real Estate. Kevin provides expert real estate counsel to corporate clients ranging in size from large multinational companies to newly funded start-ups. Kevin’s unique ability to understand a clients goals and objectives comes from his experience in actually growing several successful companies.

Experience: Kevin grew a Texas-based company to thirty locations and $95M annual revenue resulting in its sale to a billion dollar conglomerate. Prior to that, Kevin led the turnaround of a national company then prepared it for a very successful IPO. Kevin started his career with an international investment banking firm where he managed over $100 million in institutional funds. This responsibility gave Kevin his perspective into the commercial real estate market and its impact on corporate profitability.

Personal: When not serving corporate clientele and investors, Kevin is coaching youth sports and serving at his church. Kevin is involved in the National Venture Capital Association, K-Life, and Pine Cove Camps. He is married with three children.
